Registration

NVRAMOS 2026 is open to the public, and everyone interested in the respective field is encouraged to participate. To encourage early registration, we offer one night of accommodation at the workshop venue hotel for those who register before Oct. 21, 2026. NVRAMOS 2026 also affords complementary breakfast and lucheon on the second day of the event. The early and on-site registration fees are as follows:

Full Registration (Early Bird)

Includes one night of accommodation at the workshop venue hotel. Full registration will close once all reserved rooms have been booked. If you wish to register after this point, please contact Seongjin Lee (insight_@_gnu_dot_ac_dot_kr) for further assistance.

Full: 800,000 KRW
Student Full: 500,000 KRW

Regular Registration (Early Bird)

No accommodation included

Regular: 500,000 KRW

We are pleased to announce a special promotion to Full and Full Student registrant offering complimentary accommodation at the hotel where the event will be held, limited to 40 participants. Please note that once we exceed 40 attendees, only regular registration without promotion will be available.

For Full and Full (Student) registrants, one night at the workshop venue hotel is provided — Oct 22 (Thu) only, in a Standard Double room (Mountain View).

If you wish to stay additional nights, the following rates apply (VAT excluded), for bookings made by Sept. 23, 2026: Friday KRW 270,000, Saturday KRW 300,000. Additional nights, room upgrades and any other extras are settled directly with the hotel at check-out.

After your payment is completed, you will receive an e-mail containing a link where you can submit your stay details.

If the e-mail does not arrive within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there either, contact Prof. Jaehyun Hwang (jh_dot_hwang @ skku_dot_edu) and we will send the link again.
